Words such as hell, damn, piss, etc. are mild swear words IMO. Ten-year-olds probably say those words a lot when their parents aren't around, but I'd say that those words shouldn't be in things aimed at kids.
I stick with my opinion that Undertale would get a T-rating. Even if the entire game was only True Pacifist Route, I'd say the game would still be a T.
I've seen porn of ordinary food (a soda and a sandwich), so temmie porn is nothing on the bizarre scale :V
Or maybe I'm just not that easily perturbed.
I honestly don't mind fandom porn as long as the people who don't want to see it aren't able to randomly run into it (so if they don't like it, they aren't forced to look), although when it comes to Undertale porn it seems to leak into the SFW tags.
It'd be weird/impractical to give the game two ratings due to content in different storylines. Games should be rated on how they are as a whole.
While I'm at it, I'll just go copypaste general rating guidelines for E10+ and T:
E10+ rating: "Content is generally suitable for ages 10 and up. May contain more cartoon, fantasy or mild violence, mild language and/or minimal suggestive themes."
T rating: "Content is generally suitable for ages 13 and up. May contain violence, suggestive themes, crude humor, minimal blood, simulated gambling and/or infrequent use of strong language."
I'd say rated T, due to the occasional mild swear word.
I really had no problem against Omega Flowey. I'm baffled at people who would find him to be any harder than Sans for some reason, although I guess there are just many different people in this world :V
Sans, though, I'm still stuck on. My vote goes to him.
I support the name "Genocide Route".
1.) Because "No Mercy" is the name of a different, Neutral route. For the actual Genocide Route, one has to kill all significant characters AND grind until there is no one left. (also, is it possible to spare a mook monster and stay on the Genocide route?)
2.) It's the most well-known.
3.) It's a very accurate descriptor. Sure, genocide is a nasty occurence, but so is murder, massacre, etc etc, aren't those all also pretty gruesome as well? It's not like it's being named after a specific genocide that has occured in the real world.
Some people (most notable those on TV Tropes) say that the name "Genocide route" spoils the nature of the route, but I don't really see it to be honest. By that logic, wouldn't "Pacifist route" also be considered a spoilery name?
