Instant Noodles とは、Lab 内にあるAlphys の冷蔵庫から入手出来る消費アイテムである。ゲーム中1つしか入手できない。
戦闘外で使用した場合はHPが15回復する。戦闘中は4、もしくは90回復する。

- 戦闘中にアイテムを使用すると、主人公はお湯を沸かし、麺を入れて、4分待ち、食べる｡美味しくないのでスープを入れ、飲む｡HPが4回復するまで、敵のNPCは待ってくれる｡
- このアイテムは、調理せずに食べるとHPが90回復する。発生条件は、一部のシリアスな戦闘で使用すること。
