The PlayStation and Xbox releases of Undertale feature a number of achievements for progressing through the game. Most of the achievements are for either donating to the Dog Shrine or reaching certain areas within the game; notably, none are based on reaching any particular endings.

In the Genocide Route, Papyrus and Sans's House remains locked, which prevents the protagonist from visiting the Dog Shrine. Instead, the Donation Box of the Dog Shrine can be found discarded in the Garbage Dump, which allows players to still get the donation achievements even during the Genocide Route (but not on certain Neutral Routes where Papyrus is killed). The box is also present in the Nintendo Switch version of the game despite that console lacking an achievement system. The protagonist can still donate GOLD to the box, but it has no effect.

In the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita versions of Undertale, the achievements take the form of PlayStation Trophies.

On Xbox

Many of Undertale's achievements are the same as on the PlayStation versions, but not all. Dog Shrine donation levels are adjusted to use the shrine's Coins, item achievements are replaced with slot machine achievements, and "Don't You Have Anything Better To Do?" is completely removed. Xbox achievements do not have ranks and images like PlayStation trophies do; however, they do provide points towards the user's "Gamerscore".
