It's Raining Somewhere Else is the 63rd track in the Undertale Soundtrack. It is a calmer arrangement of the track sans. It is played when dining with Sans in the MTT Resort restaurant and continues playing throughout the resort until the protagonist exits it.
It also plays in Sans's workshop in the back of his house, at a 20% slower speed from the original.
