It's not a policy, it's an abuse filter. If you post the image to Imgur or something so we can look at it, Kocka should be happy to add an exception for you. Oh, it's Undyne's theme? Why do you need to re-upload it?
As for why it exists in the first place, it's because people keep trying to upload fanart to the gallery, which we don't allow. Same thing with creating new pages.
The file that's currently on this wiki doesn't match the file in my game files. The wiki's version is 2 seconds longer and sounds like there's a note at the end that isn't supposed to be there. I'm almost certain I never edited my version of mus_undyneboss, so I'm guessing my version is the right one and the one on this wiki is slightly messed up somehow. Is this a good reason to reupload the file? If I still can't do it, can you do it for me?
Email screenshots are not accepted as proof on this wiki. We had misinformation spread on that same page with their only source being an email screenshot. If Toby wanted us to know that, he would have stated it on his social media, interviews or the Undertale artbook.
The word "dump" in the context of computing means "copy (stored data) to a different location, especially so as to protect against loss." That means I have created a copy of all comments on this wiki at the links I posted so they are preserved, even though they no longer exist as pages on this wiki.
It is not us who decided to disable the comments, it is the community. Their fate was decided by a vote, and the side you tried to vote for would have lost even if we counted the invalid votes in. That means you are the vocal minority in this case and we're destroying absolutely nothing.
Saying "f***" or "f*ck" instead of "fuck" does not make your post less obscene, only more irritating. Swearing is not disallowed unless you go overboard with it.
Frisk doesn't always obey the Player in Neutral or Pacifist, like turning around to shake hands with Sans in 2nd run and automatically going ahead when meeting Asgore. Chara has no power to control Frisk otherwise they don't need a exchange for the protagonist's SOUL. So it's likely that what Frisk do in Genocide Route is their own choice: skipping puzzles, provoke Sans and so on. As for these reasons, the following description is quite subjective and lack of evidence, which should be deleted.
Main Story: "Chara seems to be in control of the protagonist's scripted sequences, as the sequences in the Genocide Route differ from the Neutral and True Pacifist Routes. Instead of following commands of other NPCs, the protagonist defies them as Chara seems to become corrupt while the route progresses. The first example of defiance occurs when the protagonist ignores Sans's request to hide behind the conveniently shaped lamp; the last is when the protagonist kills Flowey after the player presses Z or Enter on their keyboard before Chara makes their appearance."
Nearly all descriptions in Chara In-Game except the narration part.
Trivia: Chara appears to be left-handed like the protagonist. During the Genocide Route, the slicing attack animation curved to the right when attacking the sleeping Sans who dodges the slash. The same animation is visible when attacking Asgore and Flowey.
(also in the last part as the second slash animation is totally same as Frisk's first attack animation why can't the attacker just be Frisk?)
I also think a category for New Home deserves to exist, so you can go ahead with creating it. (Also, please utilize the autocategorization system by the above module where possible if you will be recategorizing pages.)
FNAF wiki uses tabs for characters that are the same, but in different forms, so can we put tabs for Asriel Dreemurr? If so, can you move Asriel Dreemurr to Asriel Dreemurr/Monster and Flowey to Asriel Dreemurr/Flowey and change the redirect page to a tab page? Thanks!
