Reunited is the 92nd track in the Undertale Soundtrack. It plays at all times during the True Pacifist Route epilogue, though it temporarily stops in certain areas and character dialogue. It is primarily based on the melodies of Once Upon a Time, Snowdin Town, Shop, and Dating Start!.

- In Papyrus and Sans's House:
- When interacting with the television, and inside Papyrus's room.
- In the Dog Room in Snowdin Forest.
- Reunited does not play in "
room_mysteryman." - When talking to Ragel, Endogeny or Greater Dog.
- At the end of Clam Girl's dialogue in the Nintendo Switch version, if the Fun Value is 81.
- In Papyrus and Sans's House:
- This track is slowed down when played in-game (compared to the file version), just like many other Undertale tracks. However, if the protagonist enters Papyrus's room and exits, enters Sans's room for the first time and exits, or if they reload a SAVE file during the epilogue of the True Pacifist Route, the track starts playing again, this time, at the same speed as the file.
- This is the second longest track in the Undertale Soundtrack, next to "Undertale."
