  • So,it is an interesting topic that the Royal Scientist W.D Gaster built the CORE. And then, he falls in. I find this discussion very eye-snatching. He ends up in what is called “The VOID”, and when you access the door, you see him limp on the floor. But when you press ENTER on him, he turns to the screen, smiles, and disappears. My guess is that the reason he disappears is to represent him “disappearing” (falling) into the CORE. If you wish to have your ideas on here, let me know!

    • I don't think it was directly said he fell into the core, just "in his creation"

    • Hm...perhaps you are correct...

    • Not to say it couldn't of been the core, just putting it out there

None of this is canon, what is canon is that he "Fell into his creation" and "his experiment went wrong" and he was "shattered across time and space" .

The creation is most likely the machine in Sans' lab.

Although we can't be sure until what is  "fast approaching" gets here.

Not just an opinion bro, all that stuff you said is FANON there is absolutely zero in-game evidence supporting it.   The only statement the game supports is that Gaster built the CORE, the rest is hogwash we made up, cuz, if Toby didn't give the answers we'd make 'em up.

Also he doesn't turn to the screen, and it's more like surprise than a smile.

Some people are, because redacted speaks or seems to speak in wingdings while Mysteryman doesn't do much.

But I say he is Gaster in some form because not only is Mysteryman pretty random otherwise, but he does that same vanishing act as the Gaster Followers and Clam_goner indicating he is a part of this Gaster stuff somehow.   Also Gaster's a pretty mysterious man, lol.

And he looks like a melty skeleton(and it makes sense his experiments would involve DT), he has those glowing eyes similar to Sans and stuff, and Gaster must be a skeleton considering all the Skeletons are named after and use unusual fonts from everyone else.

Wingdings is a pretty unusual font.

In fact, Comic Sans, Papyrus, and Wingdings are 3 fonts the non-undertale fandom Internet has serious a problem with.  There's a pattern here.

I believe Toby mentioned himself doing this on purpose, chosing hated Fonts for Sans and Papyrus and then making them into lovable characters.

also after exiting redacteds room leads to sound test with the theme we all come to love and hate which is a bit more proof that this could be gaster

although mystery mans room is supposed to be found through a fun value of 66, likely short for 666 relating to gasters number

just kinda weird unless all the theorizers want to accept a headcanon that gaster was split into several identities lol
