We now know that Bill Fagerbakke indirectly voices Sans. So... research in things that Toby Fox likes (ex. McDonald's, SpongeBob, anime, etc.) and try to sample to get all the characters that has unique voices, i think that all the voices, minus the default was sampled from various sources
