Your Best Friend is the 3rd track in the Undertale Soundtrack. It plays during the protagonist's first encounter with Flowey. It is comprised of a simple two-channel chiptune melody and harmony.
Trivia
- During the tutorial with Flowey, dodging his "friendliness pellets" causes the track to slow down in 5% increments. After the third time, the track slows down and stops.
- During and after an encounter that displays the message "But nobody came", when all the monsters in a region have been killed, a Template:Tt and distorted version of this song's fifth and sixth bars play.[1] This slowed down version is known as "mus_toomuch.ogg".
- The song is an A flat major, which Christian Schubart wrote to be the key of "the grave".[2]
- Your Best Friend resembles "The F.U.N. Song" from SpongeBob SquarePants.[3]
